	NURSERY FEES 1st January 2010 to 31st December 2010 Safe Hands Day Nursery (Diss) Ltd is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. We are open 52 weeks of the year except for statutory bank holidays, we do not charge for bank holidays. Safe Hands also offers the option of Term Time only care. Sessions Under 2 year olds Over two year olds Full time (5 full days per week) (Does not apply to term time only) £195.00 (£3.90per hour) £180.00 (£3.60 per hour) Full day £40.00 per day (£4.00 per hour) £38.00 per day (£3.80 per hour) School Day 9am to 3:30pm £27.00 (£4.15 per hour) £26.00 (£4.00 per hour) Half Day 8am to 1pm / 1pm to 6pm £22.00 (£4.40 per hour) £21.00 (£4.20 per hour) *Two and a half hour session £12.00 (£4.80 per hour) £11.00 (£4.40 per hour) Emergency/extra hours £4.80 £4.80 * Two and a half hour sessions can be taken at the following times: 8am - 10.30am, 9.00 - 11.30am, 1.00 - 3.30pm and 1.30 - 4.00pm All fees are paid monthly in advance by standing order. Sessions are multiplied by 52.14 and divided by 12 to give 12 equal monthly payments.
	GOVERNMENT FUNDING The nursery offers free sessions for all 3 and 4 year olds through the government funding scheme all year round (except Bank Holidays). Depending on how many weeks within the term you can access up to two and half hours free 5 times a week, we also give you the option to take 2 free sessions in one day and also carry sessions into the holidays. We will inform you termly of he exact amount of sessions you can claim. We are a flexible nursery who understands the needs of today’s parents and we can offer you the opportunity to take 2 funded sessions per day and pay for the hours in between. For more information on grant funding please speak to the nursery manager. MEALS & SNACKS All morning sessions offer a full two course cooked lunch prepared by our nursery cook. Afternoon sessions include a light tea. Children are also offered a mid morning snack.	CHILDCARE VOUCHERS Safe Hands Day Nursery accepts all childcare vouchers, with these vouchers savings can be made against your childcare costs. Using vouchers up to the value of £55 per week parents can save on tax and national insurance contributions. If your employer does not follow a childcare scheme please speak to a member of our management team to give you more information. 	TERMS To confirm registration, we require a £25.00 registration fee, and full payment for the first months invoice. (non-refundable) Upon registration you will receive a nursery welcome pack this will include the first months invoice. All fees are payable monthly in advance by standing order (and/or Voucher). A late payment fee of £20.00 is charged for any payments received after the 1st of the month (except for prior arrangement with the manager), this fee will also be charged on returned cheques. Fees are reviewed annually in January and 1 month’s notice will be given. Any late collections of children will be charged at £5.00 for every 15 minutes. One full months notice in writing is required before leaving. The nursery opens 52 weeks per year. The nursery will close at 4.00pm on New Year’s Eve and Christmas Eve. Fees are due regardless of non-attendance and early closure New Years Eve and Christmas Eve. All children attending for the full week throughout the whole year will be entitled to the discounted day rate (please see above for the weekly amount), they will also receive 1 weeks payment holiday during the year.
